Sebastian Rodriguez

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Rodriguez is a CPA with over 14 years of real estate experience. He is currently Chief Accounting Officer for L&L Holding Company. In this role he oversees the company’s financial operations including its accounting processes & policies, corporate reporting and tax compliance and strategies.

Previously, he was the Real Estate Assurance Director at Marcum LLP responsible for providing audit, accounting, due diligence, and advisory services to real estate clients. He has experience in dealing with REITs, real estate joint ventures, real estate investment funds and family owned projects investing in commercial, residential and hotel properties.

He began his career in the real estate group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Rodriguez has a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College. He is a member of the New York State Society of CPAs and AICPA.
