Marykate Blochl

SENIOR HR MANAGER

In her role as Senior Human Resources Manager, Marykate Blochl leads the human resources function for L&L across New York and Florida.

Marykate oversees the full employee lifecycle and serves as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership on employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and company policy. In addition, she develops employee training programs and implements L&L’s HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Throughout her career, Marykate has guided executive leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Prior to joining L&L, she spent nearly a decade at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. She served as Human Resources Manager, leading acquisition integrations organizational changes, and policy matters.

Marykate earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Hartwick College.
