Dara Rubens is a dynamic leader with nearly two decades of experience in sales and marketing, specializing in high-profile real estate development. As Executive Vice President at L&L Holding Company, Dara leads all marketing efforts, overseeing strategy and execution of campaigns designed to elevate the L&L brand and drive continued success.
Dara plays a pivotal role in shaping L&L’s marketing, branding, and strategic positioning across its portfolio of iconic properties and transformative developments, including 425 Park Avenue, 390 Madison, 195 Broadway, and Terminal Warehouse in New York City. She also is leading its marketing campaign for Wynwood Plaza in Miami, as well as L&L Development Group’s ongoing expansion into the South Florida market.
Dara collaborates closely with ownership and investors along with external partners to support L&L’s acquisition, leasing, and development efforts. She oversees all brand management and content strategy, including media campaigns, website development, communications, events, and partnerships to ensure a cohesive and impactful market presence.
Prior to L&L, Dara served as Senior Director of Marketing at HFZ Capital Group, where she led marketing for the firm’s multi-billion-dollar portfolio, relaunched the corporate website, developed high-impact campaigns, and managed sales galleries, model residences, and strategic partnerships. She also held a key role at The Marketing Directors, where she crafted and executed comprehensive marketing strategies.
Dara holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Villanova University. She is also a licensed salesperson in New York.
