Andrew Kranich

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

In his role as Senior Associate, Andrew Kranich serves as an asset manager reporting to Executive Vice President Howard Slavin. Andrew oversees a diverse portfolio of L&L's New York City and South Florida properties with a focus on operational performance and long-term value creation. His responsibilities span marquee buildings such as 114 Fifth Avenue and 150 Fifth Avenue, as well as ground-up development projects including Terminal Warehouse and Cape Coral Grove, among others. Prior to transitioning into asset management, Andrew was a member of L&L's acquisitions team, working alongside Senior Managing Director Yong Cho to help source, evaluate, and pursue new investment opportunities.

Throughout his career, Andrew has worked on real estate transactions and development projects across the multifamily, office, and retail sectors, with a total value in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to joining L&L, Andrew was Director of Development at Newark-based real estate firm Hanini Group, where he led the firm's development team and managed the acquisition and execution of projects within its development pipeline. Earlier, Andrew spent time as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Chesterfield Faring Ltd, an investment banking firm specializing in real estate and corporate finance.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Business Administration, with a minor in Economics, from Montclair State University, where he is a board member of the Real Estate Society. He is also a member of the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP, the leading organization for developers, owners, and related professionals in office, industrial, and mixed-use real estate.
