Adam Boggia

VICE PRESIDENT

As a member of L&L’s construction team led by Jamil Lacourt, Adam Boggia is responsible for managing construction and design activities for L&L, which currently owns and operates a Manhattan commercial portfolio of approximately 10 million square feet.

Prior to joining L&L, Adam worked as Project Manager at OC Construction Management (formerly OC Development Management), where he handled interior fit-outs, full building landlord representation, base building redevelopment, façade and landscaping/hardscaping projects for the firm. During his time at OCCM, he worked on several major New York City projects, including the interior fit-out for JPMorgan at 390 Madison Avenue and landlord representation of capital projects at 100 William Street.

Before OCCM, Adam was Associate Project Manager at DBI Construction Consultants LLC, where he acted as a third-party construction consultant to building owners, as well as insurance companies, to assess existing building conditions, create all-inclusive project estimates and evaluate constructability or phasing concerns. During his time with the firm, he had consulted on more than 60 projects totaling over $200 million accumulated project costs, which ranged from full-scale resort properties to industrial processing centers.

Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University. He holds Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is LEED AP BD+C – Building Design & Construction certified. Outside of work, Adam enjoys snowboarding, art, automotive design/racing, and historical architecture.
