With over three decades of commercial construction management experience, Mr. Manzo oversees on-site building construction activities at 425 Park. During his career, he has delivered projects valued over $2 billion, comprising 3 million square feet of complex private and public NYC structures that include commercial, residential, retail, healthcare and clean room new construction, renovation, historical renovation and Superfund site remediation.
Mr. Manzo received NY Construction Magazine's 2004 Best Renovation Merit Award for the renovation of Wave Hill Visitors Center and Best Historical Renovation Award for the Brooklyn Museum of Art. He holds a NYC Site Safety License as well as professional certifications issued by NYC Department of Building, OSHA, and NYC Metropolitan Transit Authority. Mr. Manzo has completed graduate level coursework at Columbia University’s Building Restoration (‘RESTORE’) program and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona.
