Anthony Stahl is responsible for the sourcing, valuation, and execution of new deals at L&L as well as the design, business plan, and general day-to-day development of deals after acquisition. Anthony played a pivotal role in the acquisition of 1568 Broadway – a $2.3 billion mixed-use asset in Times Square. He currently works on the TSX Broadway development team in multiple capacities including investor relations, capital raising, and business plan development. Prior to TSX, Anthony worked on 425 Park – a $1 billion commercial office tower on Park Avenue.
Prior to L&L Anthony worked for Foster + Partners in New York and SOM in San Francisco. He received a Master in Design Studies, Real Estate and the Built Environment from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with an additional focus in Real Property Development.
Anthony is active in the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group, is a Whitney Contemporary, and a member of NYPEN. He is passionate about innovative technology and its impact on Real Estate
