Andrew Staniforth is Vice President of Development at L&L Holding Company and manages the redevelopment of Terminal Stores in Manhattan.
Prior to joining L&L, Andrew worked at Sidewalk Labs, an Alphabet Company, where he helped develop plans for the first district from the “internet up” (Sidewalk Toronto) and investigated ways that technology could solve urban problems. Before Sidewalk Labs, Andrew was a Vice President of Development at Forest City Ratner Companies where he managed the renovation that transformed the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Beginning his career at Forest City, Andrew has worked on residential, retail, and commercial projects with a focus on public-private partnerships. In addition to his work in development, Andrew was involved in the operation of Forest City’s sports and entertainment portfolio including the management and disposition of Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Nets.
Andrew studied real estate, finance, and computer science in The Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, and graduated with dual degrees from The Wharton School and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
