Domenick DiNizo

VICE PRESIDENT

Domenick DiNizo is responsible for management of construction activities for the TSX Broadway project including oversight of the General Contractor for compliance with budget, schedule, and adherence to contract documents as well as management and coordination of project designers and consultants.

Mr. DiNizo has over ten years of civil, commercial, and residential construction experience in the NYC area. Prior to joining L&L, Mr. DiNizo served as Project Manager with Suffolk construction where he managed the construction of Hudson Exchange Phase 1A, a 500,000 SF residential tower with an additional 150,000 SF parking garage in Jersey City, NJ. Mr. DiNizo also worked as Project Manager for RFR Realty & Kushner Companies during the development of Dumbo Heights, the repositioning of five former industrial buildings into 1,000,000 SF of commercial and retail space in Dumbo Brooklyn. Previously, Mr. DiNizo worked in various roles for Skanska USA Civil on projects including Phase 1 of Construction of the Moynihan Station Train Hall, rehabilitation of the Amtrak 1st Avenue Vent Shafts, the Second Avenue Subway, the Dey Street Concourse at the Fulton Street Transit Center and Bromma Center in Stockholm Sweden.

Domenick is a graduate of the Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
