Dermot Gallagher

MEP CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Dermot Gallagher is the MEP Construction Supervisor for 425 Park Ave. With three decades of experience, Mr. Gallagher has been responsible for start-up, O&M, and construction activities at several major NYC sites including Ellis Island, the Brooklyn Navy Yard and the WTC Site. As a Director with CBRE, Mr. Gallagher managed the MEP portion of the Citi Global Headquarters Redevelopment Project.

Mr. Gallagher received his BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University. He is a NYS Professional Engineer and a NYC Stationary Engineer.
