Andrew Kranich

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

In his role as Senior Associate, Andrew Kranich works alongside Senior Managing Director Yong Cho and L&L’s entire acquisitions team to help source, evaluate and pursue new investment opportunities for its iconic portfolio of New York City and South Florida assets.
Over his career, Andrew has worked on real estate transactions and development projects spanning the multifamily, office and retail sectors, with a total value in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to joining L&L, Andrew was Director of Development at Newark-based real estate firm Hanini Group. He led the firm’s development team and managed the acquisition and execution of projects through its development pipeline. Earlier, Andrew spent time as a Senior Real Estate Analyst at Chesterfield Faring Ltd, an investment banking firm specializing in real estate and corporate finance.
Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Business Administration from Montclair State University, where is a board member of the Real Estate Society. He is also a member of the New Jersey chapter of NAIOP, the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate.
